• Contact details: your name and email address when you submit a request through the configurator, and your phone number if you contact us via WhatsApp.
• Project details: descriptions, color choices and any other specifications you share with us.
• Reference photos and files you attach to a request.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and operating system, as processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

• To respond to your request and prepare a design preview and quotation.
• To produce and deliver your commission and communicate about it.
• To send service-related messages such as order confirmations.
