Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ELITEPRINT website (eliteprint.ae) or placing a request for our products and services ("ELITEPRINT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

ELITEPRINT designs and produces custom, made-to-order 3D printed artworks and design pieces, including framed automotive art, logos, products, figures and one-off commissions. Every piece is produced individually based on the references and specifications you provide.

Orders follow a personal process:

• You submit a request through our configurator, by email or via WhatsApp.
• We reply with a design preview and a quotation. The preview and quote are non-binding for both sides.
• A binding order only comes into effect once you approve the design and the quote in writing (email or chat) and we confirm acceptance.
• Production starts only after your approval.

Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks after approval, depending on complexity. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Prices are quoted individually per commission. Payment terms, methods and schedules are agreed as part of the quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, payment (or an agreed deposit) is due before production begins. All prices are stated in the currency named in the quote and exclude any applicable customs duties or import taxes at the destination.

All pieces are bespoke and made to order. Because of this:

• You may cancel free of charge at any time before you approve the final design and quote.
• After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible and payments for work performed remain due.
• Bespoke, personalised goods are excluded from return or exchange, except where the delivered piece is defective or materially deviates from the approved design.
• If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion and at no cost to you.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

You may submit photos, logos, drawings and other reference material. By submitting material you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to design and produce your commission. You are responsible for ensuring your commission does not infringe third-party rights (including trademarks and designs). We may decline requests that in our view infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photos and design, is the property of ELITEPRINT or its licensors. The physical artwork you order becomes your property upon full payment. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the underlying digital 3D models, design files and production know-how remain the property of ELITEPRINT. We may photograph finished commissions for our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

We ship worldwide. Every piece is packed professionally and insured in transit. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient unless the quote states otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and, in particular, not to:

• violate applicable UAE federal law, emirate-level regulations or other applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
• scrape, crawl or extract data by automated means without our written consent;
• abuse the request form or messaging channels (spam, mass submissions).

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Handcrafted pieces can show minor variations in colour and finish; such variations are part of the craft and do not constitute defects. Screen previews may differ slightly from the finished physical piece.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ELITEPRINT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the website or our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ELITEPRINT for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
